Mr. Perfect.....

After weeks of diligent practice I have mastered the gum slap. I'm on a two pack a day habit but I've been slapping people with gum all day. Now it's on to the pen flip and towel toss.

Showstoppa, who used to post here, and some buddies once ran into Curt in a bar after a WCW show. They were joking around and having a good time before asking Curt what happens if he ever missed the gum. Stoppa said Curt just looked at them real seriously and replied, "I don't miss." ;D

I know, and fully agree.

That is one more fact that supports my assertion that pro-wrestling, as we knew and loved it, is dead.

I would have paid money to see that  :) Miss the Stoppa though. He had great NWA stories.

He started popping up once in a while last Fall, but not lately. I suspect he'll be back, though.

I'm watching these old promo's and Mean Gene really brings out the best in these guys because he plays such a straight face to their absurdity. When Macho Man comes out and licks his lips real fast he says "what was that, what did you just do?" as a legit question.

Dude, watch some of his old AWA interviews; he used to crack up during some of those! There's one in particular with Dave Schultz, in which he literally had to turn away from the camera in a futile attempt to conceal his laughter. I've posted it here before, but I forget which thread.

Having three shots of Jack after training chest & back after work do nothing for the memory.  :-[
