It's too symmetric to attribute to tears. It's genetic. You can see it in his quads too. That drum stick appearance.
Hmmm, you have a point. But if you compared his arms to how they looked in 2001 they have gotten way shittier. That's why I was attributing his shitty arms to tears.
Another thing to consider: Palumboism. Huge gut, shitty arms, and shitty quads ;D

The right arm is clearly torn. I think there are a bunch of microtears, or whatever you want to call it, on both biceps and triceps. The bellies keep creeping higher and higher on both arms.
The delts look lumpy as well. Scar tissue?

he should also diet for a longer period of time.. Clearly he has structural issues but if he came in ripped and bone dry it would help his cause

You know damn well both of his arms have multiple tears, his gut is not fixable, and his legs are smooth and sweepless. As entertaining as it is for everyone here to watch the prick humiliate himself, its really just sad now

He needs to stop working his obliques...just do twists with a stick or something. His shoulder width gives a v-shape appearance. Lastly...he should be doing all leg work with feet together to hit the outer quads. What is he paying Milo for? He should go to Flex and let him inject oil into his biceps. He seemed to be the best at it back in the day.
