As much as people like to rave about Amsterdam, it's a shithole.  You're stuck with a bunch of dutch assholes and a ton of Australians who vacation there.  The whores in the RLD are atrocious.  I find way better whores on backpage.  The weed is meh in some of the cafes.  There are so many African fucks shilling shit on the streets its deplorable.

Rotterdam is a horrible place, unless you like concrete and muslims. The Hague isn't much better.
