Phil - what changes do you think you need to make to do well at the Olympia?

1. After a defeat, do you talk to the judges to find out why they placed you lower than you'd expected?
2. Were you confused as to what the judges were looking for given that 3 of the physiques ahead of you (Dexter, Victor, Freeman) were similar in "type" to yours but dissimilar from Gustavo's?
3. We'd heard, leading up to the ASC, that you would be 10 lbs heavier, but it appeared on stage that you were about the same weight as previously. Did something go wrong or did you come in exactly as you'd planned?
4. If you could change one thing about bodybuilding contests, what would it be?

1. Did you thrive under the pressure to be the winner or was it a more of a burden?
2. Do you feel that you were 100% of what you could have been that day and that you lived up to your own expectations?
3. Were the Denver winter storms a difficult obstacle to overcome in your prep?
4. What goals have you set for yourself in the contests later this year and what do you feel you have to do to accomplish them? (i.e. winning, top 3, etc.)

Question: Phil what do you need to improve on to be able to compare with the larger more asthetic guys such as dexter, victor, Melvin, and Toney. All who have 20 or more lbs of muscle than you do???????
Question: You have a more narrow structure than most pros. What can you do to combat this, and make it less of an issue when your standing next to a victor or toney freeman.
Question: What did the judges tell u after the show?? And how did u take their advices??
