Did it in 38 min...first 1/2-3/4 mile was just running.then you had to run through tires{like in football training}then over a smashed up car,more tires then another car,more running then through tires hanging down on rope so you get bounced around.then under and around different size fences with barbwire wrapped around them,a wall climb with rope to help,incline wall climb with rope,cargo net climb,then a sidways wall climb over water just using little hand grips and toe holds{my friend said she saw a girl slip and fall into the water below and break either her leg or ankle},run through trails in the woods,then a walk,crawl,slip through some serious mud and water,a walk over a rope bridge then back,to back,to back wall climbs,a crawl through the mud while going under barbwire...then finish!
...damn it was fun and a lot easier then the last one I did
