Title: DNC *PARTY CHAIRMAN UNDER CLINTON* superdelegate just switched to obama

Andrews, from Indiana.  He served as chair of the DNC under Bill CLinton.  He encourages all superdelegates to switch to Obama as well.

This means Obama gains a SD, and Hilary loses one.  And it's a pretty big one too.

Rumors abound that the undecided superdelegates have made up their minds already in favor of Obama and that Barack and Hillary know this. The supers are just waiting until after the last primaries to make it public.
