Salads Ive been eating all week contain the usual vegetables. On top, Ive also been putting hard boiled eggs, and Tofu soaked in Italian dressing. (For my protein).
Feeling energized all day. If I eat meat, I'm sluggish, bloated, yawning, etc. (Blood rushes to the gut to try and digest).
Falcon is on to something here. (Just need confirmation on eggs, heme or non)... Ill try that new website I just found out about (Google) to see if it brings up any info.
For more protein / vitamins I had with supper (made in Nutribullet) Almond milk, whey protein, olive oil, spinach, kale... (I did have a chicken breast (heme) but also had asparagus with it).
Cutting down on dead animals has me feeling much better...
