Eggs: Heme or Non-Heme Iron? (Falcon)?

Salads Ive been eating all week contain the usual vegetables. On top, Ive also been putting hard boiled eggs, and Tofu soaked in Italian dressing. (For my protein).
Feeling energized all day. If I eat meat, I'm sluggish, bloated, yawning, etc. (Blood rushes to the gut to try and digest).

Falcon is on to something here. (Just need confirmation on eggs, heme or non)... Ill try that new website I just found out about (Google) to see if it brings up any info.

For more protein / vitamins I had with supper (made in Nutribullet) Almond milk, whey protein, olive oil, spinach, kale... (I did have a chicken breast (heme) but also had asparagus with it).

Cutting down on dead animals has me feeling much better...

i just dont even bother with eggs man, theres too much conflicting data if theres heme-iron in there or not.

i say just go without they dont really seem to benefit anyways. sure they taste good , i used to like a hardboild egg with my sweet peas, but now just have some sharp cheese with it and thats fine negar bro

People are different.  I have tried to give up meat a few times, and I start feeling much less energetic.  Certainly less strong when I work out.

Glad you have found dietary nirvana for yourself, but no need to describe those who haven't as eaters of "dead animals", now is there?  You could be branded an eater of dead plants.  And even an eater of live plants in the case of sprouts.

Disgusting.  As well as ridiculous.

By the way, eggs are all non-heme protein.

I dont know how healthy it is, but fish I could eat every day. (Certain kinds). I try to limit Tuna, because of Mercury in it.

Fresh food supply/quality is far better than in the States.
I don't consume any canned product.
Let's say anyone who try fresh sardines would never-ever eats
over boiled & totally tasteless cans fish.
