how much do you weigh now, and how much do you think you'll weigh when you've achieved your goal "Stark"?
atm I weight 104 kilos that's around 210lbs?
I lost 15lbs over the past 3 month, I do my very best to get to 200lbs before I go to my honeymoon and try to stick somehow most of the time to a low carb diet on holidays. (I know I know but my Hotels have all Gyms so I will still do cardio)
My ultimate goal would be 90 kilos 180lbs? by September this year.
After that FUCK IT I never gonna shit bulk anymore, it was the biggest (pun intended) mistake I have ever done last year.
I stick to a very carb restricked diet atm, litterly as little carbs as possible and a lot of good fats ... 3 Table spoons of Flax seed oil in the morning and Fish in the evening.
I also do now 1h light cycling every time after workout.
Any suggestions.
