Ok, my hookup sends me a package of DVD screeners to check out, and one of them is this movie about to be released in theatres, that I'd never even heard about or even seen trailers for. Since the release date was yesterday, I decided I might as well check it out on the internet, find out the actors, plot line etc., so I go to the movie's official website, and what do I find... this incredible gem of a trailer on the website's opening page...

That was all I needed. I'm changing my plans for the next few hours and popping this into the DVD player.

I still have absolutely no idea what it's about, but it looks TOTALLY AWESOME!!! I can't wait to see this.

how have you never heard of the clash of the titans? I suggest you watch the original one that was a good movie as well.

I'm still trying to figure that one out.

Maybe it's because I don't go to movie theatres anymore, so I don't see the trailers of upcoming releases, plus I haven't been watching a lot of TV lately, ...so I wouldn't see the trailers there either. but since I visited the website yesterday, I've been hearing a lot of references to 'Clash of the Titans'. lol

I've been looking forward to this release for a long time. I'm sure most people remember the first movie.

Looks a little budget now but it was cool back then.

Now I'm really embarrassed. I'd never heard of the original either.

I mean, I've always heard the phrase 'Clash of the Titans' before, ...but I never related it to any movie.

umm... Can I pretend I wasn't even born in 1981 so it's natural that I wouldn't know about the original?

Who was the chick that was Persius' love interest? She was smoking hot!

I hope they remake Jason and the Argonauts.

I like how theres no blood on his sword after he stabs the 2 headed dog. Fancy effects. $:-\$

ok… if one is a teenager, I can see going to the theatres to see this, but beyond that it’s a Netflix movie.

She is an actress named Judi Bowker. And of course she's smokin' hot. All women named Judi are smoking hot!

lol. I noticed the same thing. ...more likely someone screwed up tho... 'cause all that Medusa blood meant they obviously weren't afraid of gore.

Hugo, thanks for posting those clips. I can't believe I never saw this film before... although I realize I had heard of it before. not in the normal sense. i just remember a big scandal years ago because Harry Hamlin had an affair on a film set with Ursula Andress, which was bad enough because she was an older woman and it was considered very taboo at the time, ...but he went on to father a son out of wedlock with her. This must have been the film on which they met. I don't recall the movie from years ago, ...but i do recall the scandal.

I liked it ok. It wasn't awesome but it was ok for a hallmark made for tv thing.

It disgusts me that Bubo the Owl did not have any significant role in the new film.

I loved that little guy in the first one - Clash of the Titan's very own R2D2 who wasn't afraid of taking on the Kraken.

I know!! I was waiting for his help at the end, but it never happened~! All the little guy got was a quick cameo appearance!

Movie was so-so at best. The 3D wasn't that good either. Coulda been a LOT better. Such a shame.
