hey guys what do you think? i just turned 20 ten days before this pic was taken. 1st ever show. 4th place lightweight. ya i know my legs suck. im workin on them. opinions?

welcome on board mate and about your legs, you can't trust any mofos here but Milos Sarcev and Lee Priest (although I doubt it that he'll tell you much info)

Ignore the village idiots. You look great for a 20 year old in his first show.
Keep hammering away at the legs with a lot of heavy squats and leg presses.
Also if you're not doing them now take the time to stretch before and after your leg workouts. It makes a big difference.

Holy shit that is me!!! I had just turned 20 in this pic of me at my first and only competition, the Iron Man in Chicago. Had only been training for a couple of years and didn't get serious until i decided to do the show. Trained and dieted for 3 months, ran a small amount of gear ( 250 mgs sust, 200 mgs deca, 150 mgs winstrol, 20 mgs dbol) for those 3 months, and ended up pretty ripped (minus my legs). I quit lifting after the show and didn't start training again until a couple of years ago. I have been serious again as of the last 2 months, and have been running 500 mgs of organon sust a week and seeing amazing results. I am on week 8 of my cycle, and am about to drop the sust and add test prop andd npp! Why did anybody go and dig this picture up? I posted it 7 years ago!!!
