What does your typical daily diet consist of?

6am. Ezekiel Toast with margarine and a dab of almond butter.

6:30am Train.

8am. 20 egg whites, hash browns with light oil

10am. Tuna steak with asparagus

12am. Prime Rib with baked potato

1am. Train

3pm. Light snack consisting of mixed nuts and small piece of fruit

5pm. Lean ground beef-2 pounds, 1/2 pound of bacon

7pm. Alligator meat-1 pound, asparagus, carrots and peas

8pm. Chicken sandwich on a sesame seed bun lightly toasted

10pm. Small steak sandwich with Italian dressing,

12am. Two tall glasses of alkalized water, supplements, protein shake.

6:30 egg, egg white, toast (Dave’s killer bread)
11:30 fast food of some sort or a sit down lunch, I always eat out for lunch
6:00 some sort of healthy prepared dinner by the wife
Snacks during the day usually consist of a pack of Reese’s or something
Train 3x a week with no real direction.

I eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then at night watching tv I snack like a fatso.  On weekends I drink way too much beer. Some how by working out like a lunatic at times I keep my weight low. I sure wish I could lose 10 pounds.

Yesterday...in eating order...

Bowl of glyphosate-laced oatmeal topped with banana, organic peanut butter, brown sugar and 2% milk.

4 eggs fried in PAM, 5 slices of toast with peanut butter

One sleeve saltine crackers topped with liverwurst

10 fig newtons, 8 triscuits

2 bowls of shredded wheat, 1 bowl of oat/nut cereal, 2 bananas, 2% milk

Tater tots cooked in canola oil with sweet peppers and green tomatoes, one portion of salmon, serving of yellow squash

5-6 cups of coffee with half n' half throughout day

7AM 4 egg wrap with ham made at home eat way to work

10am bowl oatmeal with fruit.

1230pm meat chicken steak ground turkey left overs from dinner w/ rice or pasta or potatoes veggies

245 pm other 1/2 of lunch

430 gym

6-630 dinner

8pm snack dry or summer sausage with cheese with onion or garlic crackers

water all day I drink close to a gallon a day

200-220 Grams protein  (Eggs/Fish/Chx/Greek Yogurt)
30-40 Grams of Fiber
30 Grams Carbs
150 Grams of Fat (avocados, nuts, cottage cheese)

Train - 6-7 days a week
Cardio 4-5 days a week

Shredded and jacked year round

Any of the following:
Chicken, fish, ground beef/turkey...

Almonds, nuts , diet soda and coffee throughout day day when I'm hungry

sub 7% bodyfat, turning 48 next week

Anyway, mine is pretty much the same. I eat 3 squares a day and space them out as much as possible.

Meal 1:
12-13oz of ground pork, beef, or horse (depending on how many or how few calories I want from fat)
2/3 of a cup parboiled rice with some seasoning
1 tall glass of water with Metamucil

Meal 2:
Post-workout mass gainer shake - 4 scoops, 300ml of milk, 2 scoops of glutamine

Meal 3:
Repeat meal 1

Once or twice a week I'll throw in a protein bar or some fast food.

That's pretty much it. No alcohol or drugs.

Usually some oats and eggs for breakfast, a fish sandwich for lunch and some fruit for dinner unless I'm eating out.
I may occasionally snack on some veggie crisps which I've gotten quite a taste for.

Breakfast - bacon and egg sandwich, pint of whole milk and a few bags of crisps

Dinner - few sausage rolls, more crisps

Tea - whatever the woman cooks or takeaway food of weekend

pre-workout - 75grms whey, banana, mango or papaya

post workout - same as meal 3

8-10oz Turkey, chicken or fish, 1 cup rice, veg

Typical template and may vary a little. Decided to not compete in Dec but rather wait until May.

You look good brother just messing with ya im 52 it gets harder when I was at 245 I was still pretty lean and tight that was in my 30s as well im around 220 225 it gets harder trust me

No worries man, honestly I recommend giving the carnivore diet a shot, crazy results being documented from this diet, not just regarding body composition, but gut health/digestion benefits as well.

Sounds like a solid, balanced regimen to maintain that everyday, fit look you sport. Tell me, if every natural weight lifter uses your diet, will they acquire your physique as well? They should, right, since you guys are all eating the same food and lifting the same weights.

Theres so many elements that go into the physique, rest, recovery,  diet, training,  genetics,  stress, occupation, mental health.  So i would say no.

Just look inti the negative effects of fiber on digestion and gut health.  I've been carnivore for 3 months and i can honestly say every single bowel movement ive had has been completely solid, not to mention zero bloat, and zero gas i can't remember the last time i farted. That's the one thing that surprised me most about this diet, I used to take 2 scoops of fiberlyze daily for years on top of all the fruits, veggies,  and other fibrous foods i made sure to take in daily. This diet has proved a lot of preconceptions Ive had wrong.

I'm not trying to preach or convince anyone to do anything, but I've tried many diets and gave them legitimate time and observed the changes that I saw in my physique and general health with a critical eye. I was curious about this diet and must say very skeptical regarding various aspects of it, especially in regards to fiber, cholesterol, nutrients, etc. This diet have blown my mind and has disproved many things I thought were essential to optimal health. I recommend you check out a website called meatheals.com. You will see so many testimonials regarding people curing arthritis, gut issues, IBS, autoimmune isssues, energy issues, etc. Give it a look.

I was curious about this diet and must say very skeptical regarding various aspects of it, especially in regards to fiber, cholesterol, nutrients, etc. This diet have blown my mind and has disproved many things I thought were essential to optimal health. I think it’s actually pretty good albeit missing vegetables of any sort.

Check out that site and if you are up for experimenting with diet strategies, just give this a shot for a month, you'll be surprised I'm telling you dude. Only thing I will preface is make sure to salt your food and do not limit you calories at all eat till full and emphasis should be on red meat.

My question is why does it anger you? I've never been angry at another man for his diet strategies, training strategies, occupation, looks, or weather or not he chooses to use drugs. Well when you tell girls you're just in shape because of your diet and genes, you're lying.
When you brag about only hooking up with women on the ship that already broke up with their land-based boyfriend, you're lying (and so are they).
When you say fiber is important but not for everyone, you're spewing the worst broscience out there unless you're shoveling metamuclin by the spoonful.
Being on steroids and being natural are two different worlds. How unnatural you are clearly does affect how big you are, but you're pretty big, so to imply you're merely cruising is another lie.

So to conclude our short human psychology lab in this otherwise dry 4 hour lecture which I'm not having today, I hate you because I hate dishonest people. And that's as legitimate a reason to want to feed someone their teeth through their eye socket as any.

Actually, yeah. He is. A 5'7"  guy with small joints who can keep a six pack at 210-215 is pretty fucking massive. Not Dave D or irishdave or any other user with a name that includes the noun Dave in it big, but still, hard-bodied and dense. Well when you tell girls you're just in shape because of your diet and genes, you're lying.
When you brag about only hooking up with women on the ship that already broke up with their land-based boyfriend, you're lying (and so are they).
When you say fiber is important but not for everyone, you're spewing the worst broscience out there unless you're shoveling metamuclin by the spoonful.
Being on steroids and being natural are two different worlds. How unnatural you are clearly does affect how big you are, but you're pretty big, so to imply you're merely cruising is another lie.

I could guess his gear, even if not the exact label name but the same hormone family under a different product, just by looking at him. Yeah, it has meandered off from its original subject. But that was because of me. I asked him sarcastically if anyone else on his diet would get similar results to him, and he answered with a canned response about the variables that go into someone's physique while leaving out the most obvious and biggest one that applies to him. It went from there.

Nobody dislikes Go 4 It, so you need not defend him. He seems to have T-1000-like recovery powers. Worry more about the 2-3 trolls that are trying to end you here. Those guys are a bigger concern.

Anyone around this game long enough have seen many zero's go to hero's in record time juicing. I saw a guy in 6 weeks make such drastic changes he was unrecognizable. He took a soft flabby body to a very muscular one. He got arrested with syringes, vials, and pills in his car. He reverted to his former self in about 3 months.

The problem I have with drug users is that they think they deserve the credit and act like they are the training/diet guru when even they know deep inside they look like crap without the assist.  If you look worst than me without drugs why are you giving me advice?

I wish you nothing but good health. Just want to point out that testosterone can accelerate prostate growth.  The first thing a doc does with a chronic prostate problems is to cut off testosterone. Sometimes adding a pill that will cut off any test your body makes. The amount of guys that have prostate problems as they age is huge. I wouldn't want to hasten it.

A lot of diet is way overthought. There really are just three kinds that make a big difference: Low Carb, High Carb, Medium Carb.

The use of PEDs changes a lot of this- so this is meant for non PED using people.

If you calorie restrict you can lose weight on any diet. Low carb/high carb/medium carb. Doesn't matter. That doesn't mean you'll be healthy or look awesome. It just means you can lose weight.

You go low carb (<100 g a day)  and you are left with predominately fats and protein. That immediately drops your calories because eating just those things limits your food choices. That's why you don't need to calorie count on these kinds of diets.  A guy did a great self experiment on the net not too long ago where he ate as much as he wanted of proteins/fats/non starchy vegetables- over 5000 cal a day- and he stayed lean and even lost fat. http://live.smashthefat.com/why-i-didnt-get-fat/ You can get very shredded on these kind of diets but you will drag ass at times of you do high intensity aerobic workouts of any real duration.

You go high carb (400g a day) and unless you work out a lot (mostly endurance), you'll get fat. Mine is fine, very low PSA, but when he started me out at 125 mg, I could just tell (The "trying to piss" feeling, and PSA went up a bit). After 6 more bloods done, its below 1.0 each time, good for my age, and thanks on the "good wishes". Living at below 300 Tst-levels was not fun, glad I got my bloods done to find out. 75 mg and being off statins has me where I want to be, and its leveled out there around 800. Feeling better.

Mine is fine, very low PSA, but when he started me out at 125 mg, I could just tell (The "trying to piss" feeling, and PSA went up a bit). After 6 more bloods done, its below 1.0 each time, good for my age, and thanks on the "good wishes". Living at below 300 Tst-levels was not fun, glad I got my bloods done to find out. 75 mg and being off statins has me where I want to be, and its leveled out there around 800. Feeling better.
why dont you get up your test levels naturally?

I'm sure they did go up naturally a bit since being off Statins. Not a big red meat eater,though I do like dead-bird and fish.
I may cycle off TRT now that off statins and get bloods done to see where Im at. But from 253 and 303 (tested twice) to 812 and 826 (tested twice) feeling great.

I think a little is fine for older bastards like me. (For now).

Typical week day:

4 AM - Wake up / 2 Coffee's (Read GetBig)

5 AM - Gym

8 AM - Banana, Clif bar (in car heading to work)

9 AM - Salad

11:30 AM - Big bowl of Rice, Turkey burger, and Mixed Veggies (mixed together).

3 PM - Apple (in car heading home).

5 PM - Whatever wife makes for dinner (Like yesterday was: shredded chicken taco's, rice, salad).

6 PM - Frozen Yogurt

7 PM - Glass of wine

8 PM - Sleep

Not sure of "macro's, 'calories', etc... Dont care.

Weekends:  Anything and everything (beer, wings, pizza, steak, chinese food, whatever)...



Short workdays?

7AM 4 egg wrap with ham made at home eat way to work

10am bowl oatmeal with fruit.

1230pm meat chicken steak ground turkey left overs from dinner w/ rice or pasta or potatoes veggies

245 pm other 1/2 of lunch

430 gym

6-630 dinner

8pm snack dry or summer sausage with cheese with onion or garlic crackers

water all day I drink close to a gallon a day


Why all the water. Just makes you piss a lot.

Just look inti the negative effects of fiber on digestion and gut health.  I've been carnivore for 3 months and i can honestly say every single bowel movement ive had has been completely solid, not to mention zero bloat, and zero gas i can't remember the last time i farted. That's the one thing that surprised me most about this diet, I used to take 2 scoops of fiberlyze daily for years on top of all the fruits, veggies,  and other fibrous foods i made sure to take in daily. This diet has proved a lot of preconceptions Ive had wrong.

My diet is fairly well rounded. I eat when I feel hungry - usually about three times a day plus an occasional snack or dessert. The portions are modest and I try to avoid overeating. It is likely that I don't drink as much water as I should to offset the dehydrating aspects of coffee.

Meal 1...9am..Post-workout #1)  3 cups of dry oats(prior to cooking), 4 tbsp raw almond butter, 1 medium banana, 1 scoop Quest Vanilla protein powder,  liquid splenda. All mixed together and cooked in a pot. Topped with cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon of iodized salt. 1 teasoon Barleans fish oil.

Meal 2...1pm....8 oz of cooked chicken breast (weighed after boiling) and 1 can of Trader Joes Cuban Black beans. 1 teaspoon Barleans fish oil.

Meal3...5pm....SAME AS MEAL 2

Meal 4...9pm....Post Workout #2....SAME AS MEAL #1.

I eat the exact same food 6 days per week. No changes ever. Sunday...full day junk food.

75grms whey, banana

pre-workout - 75grms whey, banana, mango or papaya

post workout - same as meal 3

8-10oz Turkey, chicken or fish, 1 cup rice, veg

Typical template and may vary a little. Decided to not compete in Dec but rather wait until May.

Basically, this with the only exception of the wife and I went for sushi last night. 1-8 pc order of Yellowtail sashimi followed up with 5 orders of various kinds of sushi rolls, 1 large Sapporo and a bowl of edamame. This was my cheat meal for the week.

Yes.

And, if your body is effectively digesting and assimilating everything you eat, then there won't be much bowel gas.
A small amount of soluble fiber often helps this process. "Too much" can actually cause gas, but everyone is different.

If it works for you, then good for you.

the hairloss thing I wouldn't put any merit to because it's genetic. Same reason he can't grow facial hair or a beard - his DHT receptors are not very sensitive to the byproduct of the testosterone he's using.

I'd say he's running test (no idea what type), possibly 1 oral (possibly anavar) to avoid stressing his liver excessively, and either deca or sust, possibly winny. He's on a decent stack, not a beginner's cycle, but not pro-level either. He's got that beach body look going on and doesn't want to become waterlogged by upping his dose or his carbs.

For a hard body look and some decent vascularity without stressing your skin/BP/scalp I'd add another compound. Deca is your best option for that. The stronger shit like Tren or Anadrol I'd stay the hell away from.

Im on 250 prescription test cyp, I was considering adding in deca at just 200 and maybe some anavar for 10-12 weeks to add a little bit more size. I think if I keep my diet clean I can make some subtle gains and minimal water retention.

Thanks, but I wouldn't necessarily say I get hot women,  I like to stay in the 6-8 tier, they are hot enough and nowhere near as demanding as the 9-10 tier.

Build is pretty impressive, regardless of the gear use, but my question is why not throw in some Broccoli or asparagus with a meal or two?  Do you think it will have negative effects?
I've gotten pretty out of shape this year and am gonna get back on the ball and start hitting the gym and dieting pretty hard now.  I was gonna eat mostly Chicken and egg whites, with some Ground Beef thrown in occasionally (I don't eat fish, or I'd eat that too).  I'm hoping to keep my carbs under 75 grams a day and only eat carbs for breakfast and after the gym.  With my other meals I'm just going to have Broccoli with some hot sauce on it.
Do you consider that a solid diet?  Or would you recommend going with the carnivore method?

In my opinion if you are going to go low carb you mine as well go carnivore, red meat is in my opinion the number #1 superfood, it's loaded with vitamins, minerals, creatine, carnitine. I think the problem with some bodybuilding keto is using the lean meats and then emphasize on plant fats like nuts and avocados, fats should be coming from meat/fish, so If I were to recommend a keto diet it would just be red meat and salmon. If you are going on a carb based diet or carb cycling, then I would go the opposite route, lean meats (chicken, turkey), egg whites, white fish, carbs from rice, potato, little bit of fruit and vegetables, only fat from essential fatty acid/fish oil supplements.

I don't want to go back to lean meats and fat-phobia... It doesn't really make sense to me, given what I know about nutrition now. But i keep thinking to add some occasional carbs (maybe carb cycling) for glycogen.

From my experience for a contest prep standpoint or just trying to lean out standpoint, you have two options, high protein-moderate to high fat-low to zero carb or high protein, moderate to high carb, low fat. Offseason sure a balanced diet of all macros will be doable. You have to try both strategies out and determine what diet suits you best. Eating this style has really enlightened me and my approach to diet. Yes I did keto and had good results, but the lean meats and plant fats don't compare to animal fats again primarily through red meat.

6 eggs, 1 cup oats

75grms whey, banana

8oz ground beef or 10oz chicken, 2 cups rice, green veg

pre-workout - 75grms whey, banana, mango or papaya

post workout - same as meal 3

8-10oz Turkey, chicken or fish, 1 cup rice, veg

Typical template and may vary a little. Decided to not compete in Dec but rather wait until May.

Pretty much consistent with this with the only exception of recently increasing my carbs while backing off cardio to :45min 3 x per week. During that time I do a IG & FB live Q&A to make the time go by quicker.

Leg day at Golds Venice today.

1. 6 whole eggs, 4 pcs crisp bacon, 4 pancakes w/syrup

Train (Bcaa’s during workout)

2 - 60 grms whey, banana

3 - 60 grms protein (chicken tenders) 2 cups rice

4 - 60 grms red meat, 1 cup rice

At the time of this writing I haven’t had meal 5

Highest i go 2 plates front squats, 3 plates conventional squats,  hacks i go up to 4 plates.

Ive drastically lowered the wieght i used on front and reg squats, also added a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep.....jacked reps up to 12-15 every set too....way better workout and gains.  I want to front squat 3 plates a side for 12 reps before the year is out.

Oh gone unilateral on the leg press too,,,much preffer it.

Agree on the tanning, if I'm in a part of the world where the climate isn't sunny and warm then I'll tan once a week to keep a little color.

I do a warm up set for 12, but i just feel squats and deads should be kept to minimal reps, just out of pure injury prevention. Maybe I'll try this on hacks, higher rep scheme.

A heavy squat/dead for 3-6 reps is WAY MORE LIKELY to injure you than a high rep set.

I keep em 6-8 rep range, I know it maybe completely broscience but I just have this outlook that these two movements should be explosive. I know Platz would go very high in reps too, Im just a little uncomfortable having weighs resting on my back for so long, hacks I will try.

I think the thinking is that strict form is easier to maintain for a lower number of reps, even if the weight lifted ends up being higher.  Whether that holds true or not is up for debate
