I noticed that Deadlifts or 1/2 deadlifts are better for traps development than any shrugs or up-right rows movementswhat do you guys think ?
my traps grew a lot this year while I did not direct training for them but I did more deadlifts in my trainings
traps can never be too big.
Deads just throw off symmetry, isolate your traps.
