I noticed that Deadlifts or 1/2 deadlifts are better for traps development than any shrugs or up-right rows movements

what do you guys think ?

Deads just throw off symmetry, isolate your traps.

uh, you do know that upright rows target the delts, right?  Traps are only the stabilizers.
They do enough for em

I hit upright rows and dumbell shrugs when I'm training my rear delts.  The traps also get worked in all my other back movements.

--my favorite for shrugs! I do it standing up and fill each side with 45's.
The position of the grip hits my traps more diectly than barbell shrugs.
