Upon waking up from the fuzzy state, the handsome 20-year-old model and actor was upbeat about the pic and his prognosis, posting the shot on Twitter with the caption, "Successful surgery. Praying for fast recovery. Thanks @Schwarzenegger with this photo bomb while I was knocked out."
The two are keeping mum on why Patrick underwent surgery, but the love they share is no secret in this sweet family snapshot the fit USC student Instagrammed on Father's Day of last year.
The Schwarzenegger father-son bond is apparently going strong with the young hunk writing, "Happy #Fathersday to the best pops in the world . Love yah @schwarzenegger."
