This should be added to the police state thread.  Certified in Utah, but can't be used in Nevada?  WTF?

I still don't understand why they couldn't keep it for private consumption or give it to the pigs.

Cut veggies = biohazard?

I like how the police kicked the inspector bitch off of the property.  Just to bad that they didn't get the lawyer involved right away.  That's in Part 2 which has some really good commentary.

I was thinking about this thread today while walking by the salad bar in a grocery store.  Some of the shit they have in those things looks like it's been about for 6 weeks, festering, and breaking down (especially the eggs).  But that's ok to serve.  The little cubes of ham and turkey didn't look much better either.

But certified Utah food can't even go to the pigs.  ::)

What a clusterfuck of regulations sometimes.
