Title: Disturbia Diet and Training log (revised-now contest versus myself)

All right, I will post my training, but it will be seen that I only train  shoulders, traps, arms, legs and calves, but meh, whatever.

weight---263.1 lbs

Shoulders
seated laterals--4 sets
upright rows---3 sets
bent over laterals --- 4 sets
cable laterals---3 sets

shrugs--lots and lots of shrugs

note that with these and everything the max rest between sets is 30 seconds, and thats at the most, commonly less

30 minutes on treadmill--3.8 mph 2 minutes walking flat 5 minutes walking STEEP incline---alternate for 30 min's

I will post my food after the day is done obviously

did 60 minutes cardio
40 minutes on treadmill walk flat 2 minutes---steep angle for 6--repeat for 40 mins
20 minutes on bike---2 mins slow--one minute as hard as i can go

looking at all your food i notice you use a lot of condiments...ketchup, ranch dressing, cool whip.....

you would make a lot of room in your diet if you didnt have those...or just slightly more healthy choices...

just replace a daytime meal with a good whey shake, and replace a night meal with a good casien and it will knock your protein up, and push the other shit down a little...

I have clearly and with proof leaned out in the past and been in great shape. I did it using the methods I am using now and it worked fantastic and over a time frame I found acceptable. The end result was exactly what I wanted.

You, on the other hand, are fat, have shown ZERO proof that you were ever in shape, and have no personal verified proof that anything you say works at all.

So, overall, where do you get off giving advice to someone who has used his own methods effectively and had great results.
Essentially, and this is obviously a large exaggeration to get a point across, it is like me going and giving Jay Cutler training and nutrition advice. It would be retarded so I dont do it

Have you seen the pics of Avesher when he was younger? Guy was a legit bodybuilder. You, on the other hand, have most likely never been lean.

Squats--6 or 7 sets of below parallel halfway up medium weight 12-15 reps---just brutal on the legs
4 sets leg extensions
6 sets hamstring curls
a shitload of standing calf raises cause I FUCKING LOVE TRAINING CALVES--by far my favorite part

Im gonna go back to putting my training log on here so I can go back and look at things ever so often instead of having to sift through the posts on the Y training log thread. Plus I like following NW83 on this board.

Legs
Extensions 2 sets
Squats 5 sets
Walking Lunges 3 sets
Extensions 2 sets
Seated Hamstring 3 sets
STanding Hamstring 2 sets

Calves tri set -- leg press calf plus standing calf plus seated calf------4 times

35 min's treadmill 10 degree incline


Food has been very concentrated on fish lately, lots of tilapia and salmon, plus egg whites, oatmeal, rice. Every few days chuck in something for a treat. Nothing to major in the food area, pretty standard.

I remember when I started this log my waist was a gruesome 47 inches at the navel, and today I measured it at 41.5 inches, so thats pretty sweet.

Here are measurements from the start and as of today

Waist---start 47 inches; Today---41.5 inches
Chest---start 52 inches; Today---54 inches
Thigh---no start number; Today--27.5 inches
Calf-----Start 17.5 inches:Today--18.5 inches
Bicep---Start 17.5 inches; Today --18.5 inches
Neck--19.5 inches most of the time

these are all cold unpumped. Im guessing that a lot of this is pure old muscle memory getting back what used to be there. Its nice to drop weight and all those waist inches while still gaining size in the areas that matter.  Just gotta keep pluggin along.

5.5" reduction in waist, yet 2" gain on the chest ( which you claim you do not work.) and a 1" gain on your arms to 18.5"  ::)

no way in hell are you growing your muscles like that while in caloric defecit unless you are juiced to the gills.

not knocking your achievements if these are real, as even juiced while dieting these are good results.

well i stuck at like 257 but my waist is down A LOT and my measurements on arms, legs etc are up so who knows, I just go by tape and mirror at the moment until muscle memory is done refilling what I had

yeah Im happy with the size and strength that have come back, I am thinking of upping the cardio now. I do quite a bit and I really like it.  Whatever, Im happy so far, and my mind is in a better place thanks to training, so thats what counts the most.

I was at the supplement store today and saw myself in the mirror and thought holy, my face actually has leaned out

lol...I thought so dude.  It looks like thats where you lose it first.

 I am the same way.  I lose the double chin and everyone thinks i've lost 50 pounds.  Of course the 80 pound gut is well hidden by XXXL shirts  ;D

I am on week 3 of getting back to greatness.  you inspire people.

Leg day---weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

warmup leg extensions
then
Leg Press---work up to 11 plates aside for 11 full deep reps, none of that 4 inch movement pussy bullshit
then
Squats--245 x 15 reps 3 sets, 60 seconds between sets--I do a squat whereby I go below parallel but only halfway up and come to the top every 3rd rep,....better burn
then
Heavy Leg Extensions supersetted with Leg Curls   4 sets
then
4 sets standing leg curls


then
5 sets of seated calf raises and 5 sets of standing calf raises,.......training calves gives me a boner, I love it more than anything in the gym

then I rode the bike on easy tension for 8 miles to loosen up the forthcoming pain over the next 2 days


now I know this ain't no fatpanda intensity workout, but I try  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

you got some huge triceps.  Do you work them pretty hard or is it genetic?

must be an angle you see or something, they arent big at all,.....and my left one is torn to shreds, theres barely any tricep left on my left side.
