He has always claimed natty too

Samir Bannout said he tried dieting once alongside Serge but thought it was insanity, could not do it and stopped before going back to his own method.

yeah i would take some stuff with a grain of salt, he told me in person that he only slept 1hour per night and ate 1 time per day a couple of pounds meat

And that he lost mr o 1975 because he was in a romantic movie with a sexscen ad joe tought it was porn and that joe was gay and a racist 😁

He was always known for lifting for a lot of sets with light weights but he said early in his career he lifted heavy.
