If by this you mean me, then you need to get used to disappointment.    I am far too old and wise (and too fugly) to put up photographs of myself on the internet.  I am also a natural; a genuine physical culturist and what I have built over the years is all me.  No drugs.  When I stop training, I don't shrink up instantly, my strength remains fairly constant and I just eat less so as not to become too fat.

Like I said, what I have is all mine and there is much to said for doing it the right way.
