check out this vid of ronnie fro, his new dvd 'relentless' where he shrungs 190, 225 and 250 LBS in EACH HAND lbs for loads of reps..........THATS OVER 500 LBS........RONNIE IS A SUPER-HARDCORE, SHREDDED, MASSIVE BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   :o :o :o :o

during 3 weeks in 1992 (june 7-june28) ronnie was stronger than ever since

he was doing squats with 825 for 3

benched 550 for 4

squatted 765 for 11

Don't get me wrong... I dislike Ronnie a lot. In fact, my very first post on Getbig was a thread which asked, in all sincerity, if he was mentally retarded.
