Talk about a tuff pill to swallow

Hey guys, i just got animap pak, this is added to my other supps of phd pharma whey and prolab creatine monohydrate.+bulking diet.

Took animal pak for 1st time today, 11 tablets, had to bite sum of them in 1/2 1st b4 taking them, but once u do that its no biggie really.

More of a rant than anything else lol.


All brits on here, check out monster supplements, great online store, great deals, but free delivery up to 72hrs after order....or 99p for 48 hours....or 1.99 for next day. etc etc.

check out the nioxx,i have never taken them but rockedupmother used them backstage to pump up at the ronnie coleman classic and i was blown away by the size of those pills

Donkey mate i dont think there 2 disimilarin size to animal pak, except iv got 8 that size and 3 snaller ones in every pak.

Any1 else ever use animal pak??

trash the animal pak....waaayyyyy overrated....everyone buys it because everyone else uses it....if you look at the nitty gritty, the sources of the vitamins are sub par at best

well needless to say, im now biting a few of them into like 3 bits lol. Not used to so many pills so im sure il get used to it, but mega gagged and almost choked 3-4 times a while ago....make that 5 (im taking them now).

hopefully itl get easier.

I didnt buy them b/c everyone else takes them, infact i dont know anyone that uses them.

it reads on the label. "if training intense than you should take two packets a day"

Actually it wud be 22, but i dont think thats neccessary+iv actually stopped taking them now, not worth all that hassle, it was stopping my appetite, and foods more important.

After thinking about it, instead of following the side of can etc and taking all 11 in 1 sitting, do u think u could split them into 3 lots throughout the day?!

those universal liver tabs are a nightmare at first, but you get used to them real quickly. 
ps. animal pak is over rated.

Universal Liver Tabs go down like candy.  I guess I'd think they were a big pill to swallow, but before taking them, I was taking Optimum Nutritions Amino 2222 Tabs.  A couple times they got stuck in the throat and i harf'd them back up.

wow! i remember those amino pills from the late 80's and early 90's.  do people really still take those? i thought they were kinda obsolete!  ???
