I hate to say it man, I am far from prejudice, but black people absolutely don't tip.  I put myself through school serving in higher end restaurants and it was very common knowledge.

Nik Nguyen tells TMZ ... she thought she'd hit the jackpot when Bergsma walked into Rehab at the Hard Rock Sunday afternoon with around 150 people. Bergsma and crew ordered:

5 bottles of Muscle Milk - $2,375
3 ecstasy tablets  - $1,425
6 bottles of Alligator piss - $2,850
20 CD's of Beats by Jay - $11,500
1 Skype session with Ron Avidan - $6,500
200 chicken wings sprinkled with LSD - $600

TOTAL BILL:  $25,305.

Nguyen tells us ... she went the extra mile to provide Bergsma and company with excellent service.  Not surprisingly ... the Hard Rock ended up comping Bergsma, and he showed his gratitude by leaving Nguyen ... chicken bones, empty bottles and that's it.

She says it's especially maddening because some of the people in Bergsma's entourage -- including Wiggs and 240 -- were throwing money at random girls who were twerking on stage.
 



Nguyen says she's been struggling with 2 jobs and the recent death of her father ... but she didn't walk walk away empty-handed. She says security guards felt so sorry for her they scooped up a few bucks the twerkers left behind and gave it to her.

marketing.  The story was on cnn.com. It is sort of free marketing to have Hard Rock Rehab mentioned over and over.  Floyd is a big gambler so they probably comped him because he's dropped millions in their casino.

A business would rather have more customers and having more businesses to patronize is generally great for the consumers, so it's to our benefit to have a portion of the workers' wages paid directly by the consumers.
