What do you guys think about this diet?
3 days no carbs, high protein, medium fat
on the 4 th day high carbs, medium protein, no fat.
REPEAT...
It's a pretty "old" way of dieting, but seems interesting to me. I have done the Palumbo diet in the past and even though i did get in good condition, i had zero energy or strenght, so i would rather try this one.
I understand that this way, the ketosis wont be the same, but i'd look fuller and keep my strenght better...
