NJ he's originally from S. Philly. He used to train at Bodyworld gym, which is above what used to be Quick Muffler, which my father owned a long time ago.

Good physique remember him from a magazine I picked up when I was on Vacation in Wildwood back in 1988
Remember me and my buddies worked out at Atilis Gym there.
One of my friends was pissed right off when we got to Wildwood because we drove all the way from Montreal and he hears all these people speaking french in a fast food place and blurts out "I CAN'T BELIEVE I DROVE 10 FUCKING HOURS TO GET AWAY FROM THESE FUCKING FROGS ONLY TO FIND THEM HERE"

Remember me and my buddies worked out at Atilis Gym there.
One of my friends was pissed right off when we got to Wildwood because we drove all the way from Montreal and he hears all these people speaking french in a fast food place and blurts out "I CAN'T BELIEVE I DROVE 10 FUCKING HOURS TO GET AWAY FROM THESE FUCKING FROGS ONLY TO FIND THEM HERE"

That was a great video, really recaptures the bodybuilding scene in the 1980's when there were some great physiques and the crowd would go crazy for the excellent posing routines. That's when everyone posed good. I love that part when he hits the twisting back pose and flexes his hamstring at the same time and the crowd goes nuts.

I started a thread about terra a while back. Those guys were really great. Meeko had that "look" too. As did Jeff King. Can't explain that look but know it when I see it.

Those kind of gyms were always the best hardcore fucking gyms around.
I used to train at the Hartford Barbell Studio back in the day on weekends...............o ld,dirty,sweat laden,and full of fucking monsters training balls out.
I miss that shit! :(

Yeah I had lots of fun there, we rented a couple of apartments for the week, tons of chicks even though I did not get laid lol, I was still too shy and virginy.
We drove to get booze one night around dusk, on the way back we made a wrong turn and ended up in this neighbourhood full of Hebrews who were not too happy to see us, my first taste of good old fashioned racism in the USA and its coming from a bunch of people angry at me even though I never owned one..good times. we drove out of there quick lol

the only gym besides the brickyard I've ever seen a pic of rick Wayne. I sure miss old manions gym too. Those were the days. Too bad no one really took pix back then.
