Jay looked good until his waist
started getting wider. In his quest to
chase Coleman he prioritized his back work
which led to a much better back but a wider waist.
Look at 2009 when he looked really good. His waist
had come down and his shoulder to waist ratio looked
the best it had in years BUT: if you notice in 2009 his
back had come down in size also-(really noticeable
in the rear lat spread compared to 2004-2006 where
he was about as wide as Coleman)

Jay really doesn't looked that shredded in these
pics either. He's big and full but his back lacks detail.
Glutes are not very striated. Pecs and shoulders have very little
striations and his intercostals should be more pronounced.
Not hating because I like Jay's persona, just calling it like it seems.

Exactly onstage he looks NOTHING like this, and if you take into account all the air/paint/brushing/shoping thats Blanantly obvious in those shots you can see why he doesnt look like THAT onstage
