Meeh - the only good scene is the one were the jap has to shit and the girl who is attached to his anus has to eat it, I particularly loved the German Doctor who said: Feeeed her, feeed the bitch
- I tried to jack one off to that scene just to say I did it.
Apart from that it was okay nothing special - the performance of the German doctor is greatly overexagerated, if you want to see a good acting performance of a German go watch Hans Landa from the Inglourious Basterds.

The ending was cool - I think it was a "nice" idea to let everybody die, the Jap killed himself, the girl at the back dies of blood poisoning - the doctor and the police get whacked via shootout.
The only one alive is the girl in the middle - her asshole attached to the girl at the end, and her mouth attached to the now dead jap guy.
How long until the colleagues of the two dead police men figure out were to look for their bodies? Let say a week, which is enough time for the two remaining bodies to decompose - not a nice situation to be in for the only survivor who probably either dies of dehydration or being poisoned by the juices of the Japanese guy since she is still attached to him.
