he will look awesome at 300 and will beat jay with ease!!!    his arms look monstrous in the back shot.....and theyve never looked good in the "hands on thigh" pose.       and the side tri is taken from a bad angle

compare the shots from 2005 to 2003 and you will see the difference in the triceps.

AGAIN......unless the contract is broken Ronnie will win for at least another year and Cutler will take second...again, it's in their contracts.

BTW...I've got $50 that Coleman gives birth to twins!

hulkster im ashamed of you......dont ever call yourself a ronnie fan.

in 2005 he looked the best he has in years.

and why?

because he came in lighter.

Shooting back up to 300 pounds may not be the right approach.

I want to see Ronnie come in in GREAT SHAPE.

I don't want to see him break Haney's record showing up holding water.

Remember 2004?

Ronnie generally looks better at lighter bodyweights.

Going for his heaviest ever Olympia contest weight may not be the best way to look his very best.

Even fanatical Ronnie fans can be realistic ya know.

Big Ronnie guest posing last saturday. Rumor has it he's thinking of competing this year at 300lbs.
amazing pics my friend.i stiil don't get the believe y every one keeps finding flaws in ronnie  even tho he has none..coleman is looking gargantuan in these pics and his gut looks ok there..damn no one saw how huge his legs look in that first pic and his triceps r just perfectly alright..i wish he competes at 300lbs and by the looks of those pics the guy destroy the olympia line up this year and i guess he looked ok at the olympia 2004..coleman has no fuckin gut..he gut is small as compared to the rest of his body...

yea his tris are tremendous just bad shape in that way. when he does a front double biceps you see how huge they are. I think if he wins this year he should retired. to break the record and go out on top.

Rumors of Ronnie weighing 300 for the Olympia may end up being just that....rumors....put out by his camp to just mess with the competition, a little gamesmanship. Either way, you've got to figure big Ron is going to win. He's been doing the same thing for nine years now. He knows what he's doing.

You guys really think because he tricep is atrophied he'll lose his title?  Dorian Had one arm and huge waist and still won.  It won't make a difference.  I will say that Ronnie is probably making a mistake by coming in bigger and it will be that reason that Jay will win.

That incredible muscularity at that size is what makes Ronnie UNBEATABLE.  Striations and density even at that weight and this far out....amazing.  The left tri only has been damaged a bit.  Whatever the cause or problem isn't important, some fibers appear to be torn slightly.  It happens when your in this game that long, but it does not even mean one thing when it comes to the overall, truely incredible muscularity and balance with separation this guy has.

someone pointed out the very specific "O" shape on palumbo's midsection and obliques.  Coleman now has this, and his arms are shrinking.

however, I still think he's going to win.  I'll take on anyone who is interested. We can get a 3rd party to hold the money, or if its a known member, we can make it the honor system.

i dont think his arms are shrinking. still looks big with exeption of his left tricep. cant understand why he hasnt had surgery on it.
