The best insulin control comes from a carnivore diet and the data is pretty clear about that. Thousands of t2 diabetics cured of the condition and a lot of t1 diabetics needing only a fraction of their insulin. Haven't seen results like that with other diets. Seen a lot of vegans become diabetic.
