A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
One firearms officer was injured during the course of the arrest and is believed to be suffering from a broken wrist.
A taser was discharged by officers.
Police have launched a murder investigation after a woman was found beheaded in north London.
Armed officers responded and discovered the woman in a garden.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.(well she had no head....duh)
Police said there is no suggestion that the killing had any terrorist motives."
On a side note, armed officers were called but the guy was apprehended with a taser, good work by the police....the Americanos policianos would have dropped him with 12 bullets.

I notice that the story cleverly omits the suspect's name. One can be reasonably suspicious that he might be one of them "Asian" gentlemen that are causing such a stir over in London. If so, does it start to look more "terroristy" at that point?
Also, if it was an Islamic "thing", does that automatically get labeled as "terrorist related" or is it just "Islam related?"

As it's a machete, I would think likely African/Black...born middle easterners use knives to slit the throat as that's what it's referred to in the Koran and the technique used is exactly how they slaughter animals (halal) hence they are familiar with it. The Lee Rigby killers were African converts (Nigerian), hence the attack on him sounded more like an african tribal attack than an actual Middle eastern.

Witnesses said they saw the man, wielding a foot-long blade, attack a passing vehicle and a cat before roaming back gardens looking for a victim."
Sounds like a guy gone crazy, I mean he tried to behead a cat FFS, I hope the cat escaped unharmed.

Yes, only hunting guns are allowed, you need a permit mostly farmers have them and rich folk, I haven't met anyone in central London with one though even my wealthier circle, but two peeps I know who live in the country side have some. Must he kept in a safe locked. Only certain guns allowed I.e. absolutely no hand guns or anything designed for protection.
