I don't mind Jay or Kai winning or even Dexter (which is unlikely)...
But listening Phil talk about his placing after the contest will be a treat for many.
Will be good for the "sport" also.

Phil is doing his job and has beaten all odds, this year will be no different, he will bring it and better then ever. This year the competition is harder though more so then his last 2 years.
Phil will win, I am 90% certain and if he does not it will be Rhoden who causes the upset not Kay or Jay

Rhoden can not beat Phil so far, yes I agree but who knows how Rhodens year will go;
Gunning for the O as hard as humanly possible with an entire year off, but more importantly sacrificing The Arnolds to put all his eggs in one basket, The Olympia, he was the favorite for the Arnold's and past it up, which means he thinks he can win.
Now he has more finances this year, in fact he is cashing in nicely now and with Ronnie on his corner and the momentum of last year he will be much improved, count on it, but yes you are right beating Phil would be a stretch.

Fuck Kai and Phil both...give it to the guy with the best comb of aesthetics, size and conditioning. Heavy penalties for guts, a lot more points for shapes, cuts, aesthetics, flow, good classical posing, etc. This shit needs a make over >:(

I usually agree with you but after the condition I saw Cedric in and the fact that he is in denial about it, he may not even qualify for the Olympia, let alone top 10 lol.

Kai won last year-2012! Phil got a gift. Hell nobody would of complained if they gave it to kai in 2011. Kai is muscle on top of muscle. I like kai better he has had a hard life! I tend to root for the underdog! I just don't think kai should of fucked that grapefruit that seriously hurts his chances!
Mr. Olympia is a huge accomplishment and I just don't know if they would give the crown to a guy who fucked a grapefruit.

Phil made a small mistake last year and the judges didn't even think it was close. Also, you have Lee Thompson judging the Olympia and co-promoting the NPC Phil Heath Classic. Slight conflict of interest going on.

Jay is a non-factor, especially since I sincerely doubt he'll even enter the '13 Olympia.
I reckon Phil will win again. Kai ... to employ a bad joke, you might as well juggle a bunch of grapefruits, pick one and use it to decide how he'll place. IF I were him, I'd concentrate on doing the very same shit I did last year EXCEPT I'd work like crazy to bring those mid-traps up. There are a lot of naysayers who'll say I'm being naive or whatever, but if you've actually watched Kai train and know just a tick about anatomy (I'm not talking Jason "Squeaky Lord's" PECTORIAL MAJORS! here ;D~), it's painfully obvious that he really DOES need someone to tell him what to do, at least when it comes to certain bodyparts. His lats are probably as thick as anybody's, but when Dorian's telling him about upper-back detail (read, in part: thick middle and lower traps), the poor guy gets this gormless look on his face.
Shawn Rhoden still impresses me as much as a road bump. No. That's not fair. I have seen him in some poses where he did look pretty awesome, no shit. But overall, I just don't "get" him. He has great-shaped abs, a small waist and big arms in a photo-op type pose, but apart from that, why are so many riding his jockstrap? It reminds me of Serge Nubret. So many of those Ironagers practically swallowed his dick whole in praising his this that and the other, but the fact is, apart from literally a handful of poses, Nubret was NOT anything special.
Let the IA guys, especially that one really skinny moron who posts endless pics of Reeves and that fat-assed Charles Atlas*, decry me. Oh, I don't appreciate juiced-up Serge for who he was; I underestimate his side-chest pose, even if at the same time I point to his comparatively weak back and leg development.
*Do I have to fucking name myself Heisenberg here once and for all? Anyone familiar with both sites knows perfectly well what I'm talking about. And contrary to popular belief, there are IA mods who are stand-up guys and permit some conflict -- at least, before, the mud-slinging REALLY starts :)
