At first glance, I thought you said "Serious menstrual issues there", but yes they're mental too. Looks like its on the way to finally being what it always wanted and knew itself to be. A man. With a shenis of "his" own.
I blame the proliferation of drugs and the absence of a work ethic. People want it all and they want it now. Including menstrual...mental cases.
