Found one next to my head while driving down the freeway. My exact expression plus high pitched Homer scream:
Despite all the deadly spiders in Australia, pretty sure noone has died directly from a bite for some time. People have died when they open sun visor and there's a giant poisonous spider there and they veer off the road.
No dangerous animals outside of the zoos here, not even wolves, last one was killed 300 years ago. I guess bulls but you'd have to trespass for that to be an issue.
