Shes was in IFOCE for a couple years and has told me stories about how these people train and eat.
You have to have genetics for it, plain and simple. Aside from that, you have to be able to swallow food quickly wihtout chewing it. They train their stomachs to expand, so the stomach wall becomes very elastic. Pro bodybuilders have too much mass, and a tight muscular abdominal section would prevent the stomach from expanding to its full potential.
I bet IFBB bodybuilders can eat more than your average joe, but when it comes down to it they wouldnt win any eating contests against the pros.
You want to see for real what kind of records these people hold?
