Talking shit is an art form. You have the most narcissistic "sport" of all time and you want humbleness? LOLOLOL! Fuck that. Shit talkin makes things interesting and fun. If you're not good it at. Well then tough shit. Look at Chael Sonnen. Not the best fighter but certainly the best shit talker. It sells. It's part of the business.

I've always found it funny that you have these guys with the best bodies in the world, whose job it is to show them off showing they're better than their competitors but you want them to be humble. It's a fucking joke. We need more guys like Arnold, Haney, Samir, Shawn Ray, Flex, Coleman, Kamali, McMillan and others that aren't ashamed or afraid to tell how they feel about themselves and their competition. It keeps shit exciting. Do you know how fucking boring it is at the Olympia Press Conference 99% of the time? Add in one of these guy when they're in rant mode or shit talking mode and you have a show.
Humbleness is towards the fans. Shit talking is great. Plus it's always funny to see mofos that can't back their shit talking up.
