I've trained at Metroflex in Sydenham (UK) where Panda trained for years. Gear was easy to get hold off and literally every guy there was on it.

I trained in 'The Gym' in West Hampstead and a place down Cricklewood where you literally had to watch where you stepped in the locker room as needles were found on the floor almost daily. Only a handful of guys looked good. The rest had blood pressure and obesity that had ME worrying about them.
Drugs aint for everyone.

What is it about gym locker rooms that bring out the fucking creeps and weirdos?? I've been a member of about 4-5 gyms in my life and each and every time I only use the locker room once before stumbing on a disturbing picture and never going back in there again. Never wanting to
The last disturbing thing I saw (which was last week) was an old man shaving his pubes whilst fully hard.
Now I just go in. Train, grab my bag and head straight out without looking left or right.
I REALLY should get a home gym or go training at 4am. >:(

In case you didn't know it...some folks call themselves natural if they don't use ANABLOIC steroids. Other types are fine, and so is HGH by the buckets. Still considered natural... to them. Hope this helps.

I don't understand how people know what's 'naturally possible' for the entire population. The fact is you don't. The only thing you can say is that most people can't achieve it, not that nobody can.
I'm not saying saying he's necessarily natural, as some you apes might take my post to say.

yes, in principle nothing is impossible. You can assign probabilities however. If I were a betting man I would bet all of my fortunes that Phil Heath is not natural. That certainty drops for a guy like this. Even more so for people like Layne Norton, Jeff Rodriguez, etc.
The point is that just because you haven't achieved something, or seen someone else achieve it it doesn't make you qualified to say that such an achievement is beyond everyone's reach.
