i put one heavy bell btw my legs and squat with it ATG

i just did 155 for 10 reps til failure and for my bonus set i'm gonna use 170

yeah, my legs are weak as fuck, but they sure are pretty and sexy :P :P :P

got 5 reps til failure with a 170 pound bell, but it's all good coz next leg workout i'll get at least 8 reps with that same weight 8)

right now i got enough weight to load up one bell with 185 pounds, but if i get more 20 kg plates i can load up one bell to 225 pounds and that's for sure enough weight for me and my goals

and hopefully the 185 pounds will be enough to take me to my beauty goals ;D :P ;)

today total cals are @ 1500 and total protein 135 grams

Yeah I've been eating this way for about a year. Thing is that I wake up at night to eat so this is a good way for me to control calories. I still make good food choices at night though otherwise its all useless.

like.... will i trim and shave my legs? will i use this skin bronzing lotion that i just bought on sunday? will i do any water manipulation starting a few days before the photo shoot? etc...

i'm not sure yet man, coz i'd rather show myself as i really am

maybe i'll shave and tan but i doubt i'll do any water manipulations...

you see shave and tan is rather natural, coz i can keep shaven and tanned, but water manipulations are fake as fuck coz they only last a very short while and they are rather phoney (not a true natural everyday state)
