Soy
« on: September 07, 2012, 11:49:50 AM »
I think I read on here it can be toxic to the body.

Is this true and could you please post a link(s)?  I know someone who drinks a soy shake every day.

I avoid any and all soy.  Thanks to (the evil) Monsanto, you'd be hard pressed to find any that's not GMO and Roundup Ready.

I don't think Kelloggs has anything in their lineup that's healthy.

I'm very cautious about using Soy.  Like Princess L said, it's very controversial and you'll be hard pressed to find organic, non-GMO soy products.
