I didn't watch the video, but I have tried his shoulder contraption using just knee wraps and it can feel good. He has a video on how to use the wraps for that. His advice to always use squat briefs if hip pain is a problem, they can save your hip joints and I believe it. I use briefs cut from old squat suits. Feels very good if you have hip pain.

Juji changed almost overnight a couple  years ago.. Jumped on the Tren-Wagon and hasn't looked back.

Juji lives here in NC - his ‘personal’ gym is located near mooresville - couple of bros have seen him at the local harris teeter

he is top donor to the George Henry party - once he got his dose up , figures it helps him recover from bus gymnasties routine and the hops n skips n twirls
