Both my arms are great. My back also looked great as did my delts when I roll my shoulders forward it looks like I am wearing football pads. My shoulders are so big you guy didnt think I had a back until I turned around and won the show with it. You looked like a skinny stringy old man the other 2 guys looked even soggier but at least you did a show and won so congrats on that.
