Active Ingredients (in each caplet):
* Ephedrine sulfate 25 mg. Bronchodilator
* Guaifenesin 400 mg. Expectorant
Will that other ingredient in Bronkaid cause any bad side effects if the symptoms it's intended to treat aren't present?

that's an expectorant. It's used to clear up mucus membranes (sinuses). It shouldn't harm you with 1 dosage, but I wouldn't take 2 in 24hrs. That's a lot of ephedra as well.

25 mg is the the standard dosage. God you guys are bunch of pussies.

RPF... Why did you buy Ephedrine in the first place?.... To burn fat and get cut up, correct??
And what makes you think that taking this morons advice and only having ONE 25 mg dosage of said Ephedrine is your best route to getting that accomplished??
Trust me you will be fine taking 2 or 3 Bronkaid pills a day, as long as you wait 4 or 5 hours in between dosages.

You do know this is a bodybuilding site right? Guess what...all your hero's are living a unhealthy lifestyle.
By the way you shouldn't lift anything heavy either because it'll constrict your blood vessels which will
make your blood pressure rise and may cause a stroke in the future. Not to mention you might strain your
lower back. I would suggest a personal trainer from balley's (they're the best) and doing a bunch of non-sense
movements that will do nothing for gaining muscle and then the stair steppers. That should keep you "healthy".
Oh.. watch out cross-of-iron, "Bast175" will accuse you of being gay for speaking the truth and helping a fellow getbigger out!!!

i have taken 5 at once, nothing happened.

I take 5-6 a day with no problems.

He's just starting to take them. When you take a new drug you should start with a small dosage.
