I'm taking it as not so good
prep wise im good-body is right on track-i look great
except when i blacked out on sunday
my insulin levels in my body are fucked from my low cal dieting for so long
and my adrenal glands are fucked too
im gonna continue to train the same-but i need to eat more and relax my diet-still stay in good shape...but not go through what i did over the weekend
