All 3 of the other guys who got charged have pleaded guilty for plea deals. Vick is fucked. Rumor is Vick's lawyers are working on a plea deal. I hope the prosecuters don't take it. Between the evidence and the testimony of the other 3 guys, i think they could nail him with the maximum penalty.

All the dogs I have ever owned have enjoyed fighting with other dogs...
wild dogs live in packs chief..they don't kill each other..they live with each other...these dogs were trained and bred to fight..the pitbull isn't something created by nature.

It is my understanding that unless there is a battle for territory, mating rights, or food, even wild dogs will not fight.

Correct, but I don't see how a foreign ring would be looked at as territory. There's a big dog park a few miles from my house and people let their dogs run around all the time off the leash. It's neutral ground so they don't fight. What i was saying before is that when dog's fight they are doing it for a reason, they dont fight just for shits and giggles.

Animal planet has a serie every weeknight on animal cruelty, negligence, and you see tons on people across america abusing these creatures and some have done worst than michael vick. it's not right what he's done to these creatures, but being a celebrity magnified the situation ten fold. killing animals in self defense and killing them for fun are never the same fcuking thing.

that's the thing that gets me more than anything,the dog fighting pisses me off, but when ya take "pissed off" to the next level you just find yourself absolutely disgusted with this piece of shit,even the falcons owner (and you could tell as he minced words in an interview I saw yesterday) pretty much disowned vick and in so may words said he felt conned by the guy for the last 6 or 7 years.

Vick is from Virginia not Georgia. Demographically speaking, Virginia has much less poverty then Louisiana. So the arguement that Vick is a product of his environment is bullshit. Everyone makes their own decisions. He's a fuck up and deserves prison.
