Dennis has slightly better flow than Justin.. He can get away with more, but I don't think Justin can. Justin must bring up his hammies and calves.

He looks pretty darn awesome to me!  The comments on his hamstrings are silly in my opinion.  There is a difference between size and definition.  He looks to be holding a fair amount of water and some fat in that area.  They don't look small to me.

Yes I have and I see no point in doing deadlifts. My highest was a little of the 700 mark. I can do other exercises and get the same benefit and save my back.

I saw justing at the Jr.Nationals this weekend.  He could've gotten on stage and got second to michael lockett.  He looked awesome.
