Thought Id update you now Im over 2 months into utilising your methods into my workouts (Using your split suggestions and training bodyparts twice a week) - Im now 204 pounds and still losing fat, albeit more slowly and Im more cut than Ive ever been - Abs, serratus and leg cuts all clear and now seeing striations in chest, delts and triceps. I can't believe how much size Im carrying now!
Old school definately rules and I'll never go back to heavy, brief and once a week bodypart training. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work with your thread here. See you atone of your UK seminars next year, please let us know on here when you have the dates. All the best - Trev
