OK runts here's the deal. Since the early 1980's the Gold Standard in competitive powerlifting is quite simple:

Squat, 3x body weight
Bench Press, 2x body weight
Deadlift, 3x body weight

Hit those numbers and you are a solid respectable lifter.

Those are competition numbers or at least strict gym lifts, with NO BENCH SHIRT and NO MULTI-PLY squat suit. There's still no equipment that helps you deadlift more, although some DL bars are slightly helpful.

the law of diminishing returns alone say this is bullshit.

Plateaued with the weight...so new strategy...not getting stronger...so i'm getting lighter...

here's 445 @132 lbs raw...natural...44 years old....and yeah short...like can't rides at Disney short...but strong...

always wondered if that's as impressive as 600lbw at 200 lbs because I'm so light...

That's a good strong Deadlift.
Over triple body weight.
Well Done.

You guys need to lose a few inches, and develop scoliosis so you might have a chance at 5 x body weight -

I can run a 40 in under 5 seconds at over 220 bodyweight 365 days a year...30 inch vertical jump...keep in mind this is with no speed training in  years though. I can easily hit a baseball 400 feet pretty effortlessly and probably still probably throw in the 80's these days despite all the benching and shoulder injuries.   Would you like to put your account on it? Cause thats the only way Im giving one of the  local  high school kids  40 bucks to throw batting practice and video tape me lol.
chose your next words wisely, because  we all remember what happened with the military press video lol

You posted a military press video?

Does anyone have this, my mind will be blown to see this legendary teen back up some of his claims.

Dude my roommate in college had a brother that played A ball for the Yankees with an 80 mph fastball, he was a late round Draft pick that washed out,  if you really have these talents stop wasting your time with the bodybuilding and at least try out for a minor league team. If you have any chance they'll help you develop.

All due respect Tom but you do realize that most getbiggers don't feel the need to compete in silly contests but rest assured we are EXPONENTIALLY stronger then your "gold standard" and you.  As a matter of fact we can certainly Google your competition lifts and determine that we are much stronger then you at your best.

Hope this helps.

Lol I agree. He's like young tombs or ZachG85 lots of knowledge, wisdom and experience but no proof. I'm sure he's a good dude just a little off. I remember the first time he posted pics he was a chubby Arabian kid talking tons of smack. I'm sure he's trolling for fun.

I just want to see his video proof.
