Well, the scale gave me some good news today. 12 pounds gained in 2 weeks. Started at 202 and currently at 214. Same clothes, same scale....
My goal for the entire 4 weeks was 8 pounds....
And no, I haven't been eating junk either. Plenty of protein, many calories and tons of water! Strength gains have been getting better as well. Leg today went well. Walking lunges SUCK though......
