Hey guys,
just wandered if any of u had ever eaten any junk/cheat meals which actually ended up helping u perform better in gym, etc??

Other week i had pizza about hr before gym and then nailed all the weights i had been struggling with the week before.
I would have siad pizza is my kryptonite for my clean diet but dam i enjoyed it then killed it in the gym.

thats never happened to me but sometimes if i change up the time of day i work out i can lift a lot more or if i eat my meals at a different time. think about anything else you did differently that day and that might be it. but hey maybe it was the pizzza
