You're comparing a 3 time Mr Olympia to Peter Putnam (one of the worse guys to ever turn pro). And this is a serious comparison to you? I don't know what you mean by saying peter Putnam is the best we (we as in the bodybuilding community i assume) have to offer.

Frank wasn't herculean, but I always admired his diet and dedication in how he came in so lean.

Oh, I agree.  but in any decent gym in America, if you ask some random "ab shooter" who they like in bodybuilding...they get that far away look and harken back to Zane.  I guess because he looks more attainable to them....but they have zero chance of ever looking anything like him.

Correct. Just like Labrada, Benfatto, etc. Its the frame, genes, muscle shape, work ethic...

Many have said, 5 years and I can look like that. Naturally. How many of us look like that after 5 yrs of training?
