I know I've seen threads on trueprotein.com on here.

Good/bad experiences?  Also how is the taste on the products?

over the course of a few days there will be 20 or so doggcrapp devotees telling you it's the best thing since humans discovered milk, and you need 400g+ a day of the stuff to grow.

whey is whey wherever its from, some taste nicer than others, some are cheaper than others.

buy the tastiest and cheapest  ;)

Ya no dobut people will go overboard with it.  I usually drink a shake or two a day for convenience.

Just wondering how the stuff tasted and want to make sure it doesn't take three weeks to get the stuff or anything.

i have used true protein several times

the most recent i bought a 25lb "recession whey" and 3 flavor packs

i could not beat the price....i like it because i can choose what i want
in my shakes, no artificial flavors/sweeteners etc

Thanks for the responses, just wanted to make sure it was legit.  Seems like a novel concept to be able to create your own formula and all.  Might have to give this a try...

price wise it's not the greatest but the benefit is you get to mix what you want.

trueprotein is a lot like protein factory. Both offer similar products. Protein Factory is a little more expensive, but trueprotein has more expensive shipping. I've had good experiences with both companies.
