Thanks, Alex23.  8)

Why Ron would make a pet board, a wrestling board, an 'owning' board, etc. but NOT an Arnold Board on a 'bodybuilding' forum is beyond me. Go figure...  ::)

To be fair to Ron he made those other boards to keep this one "bodybuilding related". Arnold is bodybuilding related and there are tons and tons of threads about him and pictures of him.

This way he stays on the main board and actually gets more exposure and his body is viewed by even more online males!

Wow.

Steroids are only the finishing touch. Genetics is the key. Steroids make the last 2-3%.

Yea that's a good point GritMan... but a dedicated board would allow us to have stickies about King Arnold's favorite gropping move, how he likes his eggs and why he allways picks up ugly mistresses.

That makes sense........

If the difference in muscular development from both pics was 2-3 %.

that would be a valid point if Arnold didn't touch another weight after he turned 16 - just sat around and did steroids.

wish I could find that pic from the mid 70s of him jogging in the Vinces Gym tank top.    He had lost all his size hoping to get into the movies

calf implants? now if someone could find the shot from the same period where he is doing calf raises and he looks skinny as a rail except for his calves.

good for him, lose the bulk and make millions in hollywood..
the rest of the pros can only dream of his life, till then they will need to stick to tuna and diet coke, getting rubbed down by men and having males cheer for them on stage while they pose is thongs

real lean there.

As lean as he was, he was still 199 pounds on his then 6'1.5" frame. Down from 250-250 pounds of offseason weight.

I disagree strongly.

I believe aas is the 1.75 - 2.5 % finishing touch at the most.

Its all genes.

And Arnold had the ULTIMATE! You don't get into the '77 edition of the Gennius Book of World Records for having the greatest physique in the world without it.  8)

Exactly..you could put put 99% of the men in this world on Arnold's steroid cycle and let them workout and they will never look like this. In fact, most gym rats nowadays with their 'slin, GH, 1000s of milligrams of test and tren, clen, thyroid, etc. can't match Arnold with just his d-bol and Primobolin cyle. Genetics and.. ultra hard training and unstoppable desire.

Well said. The picture you posted of Arnold has got to be my favorite Arnold pic. He's relaxed, yet his physique looks so pleasing to the eye and doesn't look all grotesque. His physique in that pic is what makes girls drool and men jealous.

Yes..very few people today can match the fullness of those biceps and chest. That's as big as one can get without looking like a total freak..optimum mass, in my opinion.

Kids today go on drugs way too quickly and never train truly hard...because of that they do not nearly develop as they should, and end up giving up or screwing up in some other way.
