FWIW, the upside down cup challenge is pretty foolproof, it was developed by our own in-house cadre of anti-gimmick experts and perfected by OMR. Shoppes are pretty obvious.

The only one that got around it was Joon, who was willing to pay some woman to hold a cup upside down in a picture to validate his gimmick account.

you could also put a finger over your driving license and show some of the numbers. In combination with the cup upside down.

I was accused of being a gimmick....I've lurked for a while but I'm 100% genuine

Let them call you a gimmick as often as they want.

No.
No more than one year.
Then I decided to register.
Took me another 6 months before my account got activated.

Back then I was working in the IT department.
I wrote a lot of scripts to do my work and in my "spare" time which was plenty after a while I read a lot.
