Legs today

Approx 15 - 20 mins warm up / stretching

Standing calves on machine
8sets superset with Front squats up to 120kg

Leg press 7sets not including warm ups
Max 450kg × 7+ 1 with hands on knees.

Laying leg curls 
5 drop sets & stretching between sets.

Leg extension supersets with back squats
5sets high reps on leg extensions 15+
Max weight back, squats 140kg x 4

Finish with seated leg curls & seated calves
4sets each around 8-12 reps.

Done- gym was empty just me no numpties / no fuckin tripods 🤬🤬🤬
No whores putting me off with leggings wedged up their arse & fanny
& Tits falling out.

I go as low as I can - same on front & back squats I go low as the Olympic lifters do always have.
Other than when I was competing In powerlifting then I'd adopt the bar down back squatting to below
Parallel  - which felt like a half squat 😊

True , I usually get upto 8 or 9 plates aside - Today my right knee wasn't clicking or popping
And I got a good 11reps or so with the 9 aside - so went that bit heavier.

I don't go in gym with pre set weights or sets I try & train as hard as I can on that particular day.
Its quite entertaining some days if I work in on the equipment when the younger lads are ego
Lifting as I usually start with 2 or 3 plates !& go from there, they've got there 6-7 plates for half reps
& screaming 😊 by the time I get their weight they're asking me how much more you doing ,
Usually answer is I don't know I'll keep adding till I can only get 6 - 7 reps.

You often use strawman arguments like this.  The alternative to doing this workout you did is not necessarily doing nothing.  For example, you could have done another workout.

We could poll the audience if you insist: who here considers sets of between eight and forty reps "heavy"?

He should never ever train hamstrings without doing 10-12 sets of them each time, it's his absolute worst bodypart to the point of not even counting as having that body part.

I really wonder why.  It's an extremely obvious weak point.  Is there some injury?

Reason being he can't see his Back or Hamstrings when taking upper body selfies

I did shoulders yesterday but didnt share. The extra warm up on the shoulder made the later heavier sets feel more stable. Today the weather is nice so looking forward to getting outside for some pullups

I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and I get a clicking popping grinding in the left shoulder if I do not warm up. My X rays show bone loss in the socket. I will train shoulders the way I feel is best. You can throw kettleballs over yours all you want by all means have at it.
